Exchange server version used, including service packs, and the Windows version Exchange is installed on. Java version used and the operating system the Java application runs on. Java Bridge to Exchange version used. If an exception or error occurs, include the complete and exact error message and exception's stack trace. If possible, a simple example Java code producing the issue.
